First, I listened to my hunger. I only start eating when I am hungry (sometimes you think you are but you are not). I also stop eating when I am no longer hungry. I never feel "stuffed" anymore.
Lastly, I have improved what I eat and how I eat it. I eat much more healthily these days but it's not like I eat rabbit food and green veggies all day! I can still eat junk food when I want it. - 30414
