Included in the list of food items are fruits, vegetables, and fat-free food items. Since the calorie output would be negative, there's a high chance of shedding weight.

The cabbage soup diet is another popular diet that you can try. It's been established effective for several years already. You have to eat cabbage soup when you are hungry. The cabbage soup would generally fill you up. The soup is apparently terribly low in calories and would assist you in losing enough weight. This is just one of the long lists of diets that work.

Under this diet, you just need to make sure that you are taking the right ratio of carbohydrates to protein and fats.
